Who are you and why did you make this website?
My name is Luca and I own a small, beautiful studio apartment in Diano Marina 50 meters by the sea and 4-step from the pedestrian area. Now I need to sell it. I created this website to explain - my own way - the main features of my studio apartment by the sea.

Peerless location: you are close to the sea and, at the same time, in a pedestrian area, this greatly simplifies your life and improves your holidays quality. You can park your car close to home and then forget about it and then you can walk to the sea, restaurants, cafes and shops. All these things will make your holiday really enjoyable.
The valuable renovation and the designer furniture. Now you can tell me: why did you spend so much money for a studio apartment by the sea? This is my answer: my wife and I like to live surrounded by beauty and I hope you like it too.
The cost is aligned with the market trend. In fact in the sale price we have not included - alas for me, and hooray for you – the mark-up referred to what we spent for the complete renovation and the furniture. Who will buy the studio apartment will not have to spend a penny because it is, just "perfect", and he or she will spend a wonderful holiday from the very first day.
How much the studio apartment costs?
You can award it for 139,000 euro. That includes the furniture, the sea and the sun.
How we will live in this small space?
Very fine. There is everything you need. By quick, simple gestures the bed is made or closed, so you have all the space you need.
And then, you know, when you spend your holidays in a seaside, above all, you live at the beach.
When you come back from the beaches turn on the air conditioning and in three minutes the micro climate is perfect, so you can have a shower and relax with a beer, listening to music. You get ready and go down to shops and cafès. You can have dinner and, of course, stroll in the pedestrian streets or the promenade. Staying in the city center is simply wonderful.
